These are not just bulk seasoning recipes with the Honey's label stuck on them. These seasoning blends are Honey's own proprietary recipes and we take pride in knowing that these flavor profiles are unique and reflect the high standards in Louisiana cooking.

The "all in one" blend has the "trinity" of onion, celery, and bell pepper, as well as garlic with citrus notes that make it a perfect finishing blend on things like the rim of a bloody mary, as well as for use in everyday cooking. No MSG, No food dyes or coloring.

The Seafood Boil blend allows for small batch boiling of seafood and or proteins on your cooktop. Not just a bunch of cheap salt and red pepper but lemon, garlic, and onion notes that are more than filler it is a thriller!

The 8oz Booster Blend can is designed to use entirely when boiling a sack of already salted and peppered crawfish but can also be used when cooking at home in your skillet oven or when grilling. It packs a punch of flavors such as Lemon, Cloves, Corriander, Allspice, Celery, Mustard, as well as you know, "Honey!". It has no salt or red pepper as it has dietary needs in mind, as well as allowing total control of salt and red pepper dosing.

October 30th Update

Honey's Food Trailer is now located at 4243 Burbank Dr. in Baton Rouge, La. There are just a few more logistics to work out. We plan on opening on Fridays in the near future. Stay tuned for updates. Thank you for your patience and support.

Honey's has received a limited number of hats. Hats will be sold for $25.00 each. Please email us for availability. Honey's seasonings are underway, so stay tuned for more updates. Thank You for supporting Honey's!

Updates as of May 2024

After a painful crawfish season for many reasons, Honey's crawfish season is over for this year. Honey's will still be offering the Seafood Boil Seasoning and Seafood Booster seasoning year round. It is available in limited quatities so please contact us for more information.

Check out Honey's scratch-made Seafood Boil Seasoning Blend with NO MSG! This is only an 8 oz. bag so it is great for boiling 1 pound of protein or peanuts on your cooktop.

About Us

Honey's is a one-man operation. Please be patient with our progress. We have been doing private events and pop-ups. We are hopeful that an abbreviated boiled Crawfish season will happen at some point. Honey's will transition to boiled crawfish only after it is prudent to do so. Honey's understands how difficult this year is and understands how difficult this is for so many in the business.

Pop Ups

The Honey's trailer is set up at 4243 Burbank Drive in Baton Rouge for periodic pop-up events

Office Packs

Honey's can deliver office packs of food outside of crawfish season from 10-40 persons to your location in Baton Rouge. Availability and menu is limited. Food is delivered in foil deli pans with foil lids for you to serve from. Togo plastic utensils and styrofoam boxes are available.

Boiled Crawfish

Honey's crawfish trailer is not mobile. It will be stationed at 4243 Burbank Drive in Baton Rouge for pickup. Availability will be announced at a later date.

Crawfish Season is off to a very bad start

While the crawfish season is in such bad shape, Honey's will continue to do things like Smoked Meats as well as scratch made side items. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you!

Honey's Boiled Crawfish Method

Honey's Boiled Crawfish contains no MSG and is not just the regular big box brand seasoning profile. Honey's quality boil is the same level you do at home, on a larger scale, available in smaller quantities.

Honey's does not utilize the two-pot method to save on seasoning costs. Honey's does not use the cheaper "dusting" method for seasoning crawfish.
